Our company will be structured on a staged basis. Each of our four stages will have three goals in mind. The first goal will be to set up benchmark market share in our individual target areas. The second goal will be expansion from early test markets, eventually reaching a nationwide level. The third goal will be adding additional products and services that will generate revenue along the way.

Test Markets - Electrical Services Only

Our test markets will be selected according to three basic criteria. The initial testing will focus on five to eight regional markets. These markets will be selected based on organized market share, number of available contractors, and population. Our goal will be to use these initial test markets to work out potential flaws or shortcomings. Once adjustments have been made, we will be able to review the data collected from this testing to streamline the app functions to move into the next stage of development.

Regional Markets – Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Services

During stage 1 the targeted markets will be expanded to 15-20 regional markets, still in a T&M only capacity. The ability for customers to hire mechanical and plumbing contractors through the app will be added. The locations and marketing will focus on areas where customers will be quick to adopt the convenience and ease of the app, have a large amount of residential work to be performed, and plenty of well-established contractors to perform the work. 4HH will strive to get 1% of originally targeted markets and make a presence in the new markets

National Market – Full Trade Services

During stage 2, 4HH will go national and strive to bring the convenience and ease of the app to all markets. At this stage, bid solicitation will also be added into the app. This will allow customers to use the app for bigger projects that would be beyond the scope of T&M. Not only would it be used for larger residential projects, but it will also allow the app to be utilized in commercial and industrial work as well. 4HH will also add in a function that contractors can use to solicit bids on their material from various supply houses and prefab shops directly through the app. The app will continue to expand the trades provided by adding carpenters, masons, and general laborers. Marketing will be expanded out to areas that have not been targeted yet. A 1% market share of all residential work, and a presence in the commercial and industrial markets will be the goal.

Stage 3 will expand access to all trades utilizing geographic CBA’s through the app and strive to grow our bid work. By growing bid work and having all trades under one app, general contracting services will be provided an ability for growth. By later partnering with finance and insurance companies even more revenue and opportunity will be brought to the contractors. Allowing customers to use the app to get financing for projects they need done and allow contractors to purchase any bonding or insurance policies they may need. This will also make it easier for a new contractor to obtain financing and get the insurance coverage they need to get started. At this stage 4HH will strive to get 5% of the residential construction market and 1% in all other construction markets.
