Customers who would like to use our service will first download the app and must either turn-on their location services, or type in their property address. Customers will be able to explain, answer questions, and upload photos to clarify to the contractor what services they will need completed. This will allow even those who aren’t familiar with their problem, to give our contractor’s the information that they will need to successfully resolve the issue. A questionnaire will also be built into the 4HH app allowing property owners to provide better information to the contractors who can start troubleshooting before arriving onsite. When the customer submits a request, an alert will then go out that a project is available to the contractors who have chosen to work in the area. They will be able to view the description of work and will be allowed to message the client to provide any further details that may be unclear about the project.

Once a contractor has reviewed the project details, they will then submit a time of when they will be available to start. The client will then receive a list of times that our contractors will be available to start their project, and a customer satisfaction rating for each contractor. Clients will then select from these contractors which one they would like to hire. All payments will be made over the app through credit or debit card services. In later versions of the App, services like bid solicitation and project financing will become available. After the project is complete, the customer will be sent a customer satisfaction survey where they will rate the work performed.
